Any violation of these rules WILL result in a cancellation of your reservation, airbnb will be called, you will be asked to immediately leave, fines of $150.00 WILL be charged for each violation. 1. No smoking, if you smoke inside the property, there will be a fine of 150.00 for cleaning fees to return the unit to non smoking condition. 2. No Drugs (including Marijuana) in or on the property. There will be a fine of $150.00 for cleaning and other expenses. 3. No illegal activity on the property. 4. Absolutely no parties or additional guests. Neighbors will complain and management will be called. 5. No pets 6. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 10:00 am. 7. Our cleaning fee is for basic cleaning to prepare for our next guest. Please have all dishes cleaned and put away. There will be additional fees for additional cleaning of stove, fridge, and dishes if not left in wipe clean condition. Minimum for each item is $25.00, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning for any areas or items not left in wipe clean condition. 8. Key fob must be returned or there is a $150.00 charge - NO EXCEPTIONS 9. Minimum age is 21 to book 10. Management requires criminal background check
